As a Manual Tester (Junior to Senior level), you will drive the delivery of high-quality solutions by leading junior, mid-level, and senior test analysts. You will design and execute tests, guide defect management, and champion process improvements while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:
Junior: 1–2 years in software testing (manual/automated).
Mid-level: 2–4 years with agile exposure.
Senior/Lead: 5+ years, with at least 2 years in leadership or mentoring.
Skills: Strong knowledge of testing tools/frameworks, SQL, agile methods, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
Other: Must embody Pointwest’s values and culture; flexible for assignment in Quezon City, Ortigas, or Makati.
