Talent Management Manager

We are looking for a Talent Management Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our Talent Management team. The role ensures the delivery of core HR support functions while driving engagement, wellness, discipline, and organizational harmony. Acting as the bridge between management and employees, you will design and implement strategies that support Pointwest’s growth, culture, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delighting Our Customers & Stakeholders: Build and execute scalable talent management strategies, oversee engagement and wellness programs, and strengthen communication between employees and management.

  • Growing Our Business: Align HR strategies with business objectives, provide workforce insights to leadership, and reinforce Pointwest’s culture of Agility, Accountability, Innovation, Collaboration, and Customer Centricity.

  • Improving the Way We Work: Streamline HR processes, ensure compliance with labor laws, secure employee data, and track metrics to assess program effectiveness.

  • Developing Myself and Others: Lead and mentor the Talent Management team, foster collaboration and innovation, and continuously update HR and leadership expertise.

  • High employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Strong retention and reduced attrition.

  • Effective HR processes and compliance.

  • Development and growth of the Talent Management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • At least 7 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in IT, BPO, or software development.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proven experience designing and executing successful engagement and talent management strategies.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.

  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City, Ortigas City, and/or Makati City.
