Sales Officer ( Client Solutions Specialist)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for generating growth and revenue for Pointwest Innovations
  • Work with the Senior Leadership team and Head of Sales to strategize in achieving revenue targets and sales goals on a quarterly or annual basis.
  • Identify opportunities with existing clients and engage with C-level and executive decision-makers.
  • Develop sales pipeline, and build and maintain account relationships.
  • Identify and develop opportunities in IT solutions/services for different sectors.
  • Provide advanced negotiation expertise and price planning.
  • Determine goals and targets. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue.
  • Work with the sales team to develop strategies to acquire new clients and partners.
  • Develop a network of strong relationships with key industry influencers, customers, and partners
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business, Management, or any computer technology-related course.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales
  • Experience working in the Tech/ICT industry selling IT solutions or IT services.
  • Preferably with experience in digital technologies/solutions. (RPA, Cloud, Data Analytics, etc)
  • A successful track record of consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects with successful revenue targets.
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance measured against revenue, customer satisfaction, and organizational health metrics.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of technical products and solutions for different sectors or industries.
  • Solid experience in prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity development.
  • Strong negotiating skills and experience with client management
