We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong client-facing and leadership skills for an Application Management project in the Logistics industry. The ideal candidate can effectively bridge business needs and technical solutions while managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring deliverables are well-defined, documented, and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Delighting Our Customers & Stakeholders
Act as the primary client contact for issue management and communication.
Translate client feedback into actionable requirements and documentation.
Manage and track incident status, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Growing Our Business
Identify recurring pain points and recommend process or system enhancements.
Support initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
Contribute insights that support account growth and client retention.
Improving the Way We Work
Maintain a knowledge base of issues and resolutions to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with Development and QA teams on backlog prioritization and release cycles.
Promote consistent documentation, reporting, and adherence to SLAs.
Developing Myself and Others
Continuously enhance analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Share best practices and mentor junior team members.
Participate in learning and development programs that support professional growth.
Key Metrics
Client satisfaction and communication quality
Issue and backlog resolution rates within SLA

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or related field
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with Jira (backlog management, user stories, sprint tracking)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
Working knowledge of SQL, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
Proficiency in Google Workspace for collaboration and documentation
Nice to Have:
Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain operations
Exposure to mobile or field-based applications
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
