Join Pointwest as an Adobe Analytics Analyst and help design and optimize customer experiences through actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer journeys, clickstream behavior, and campaign effectiveness using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Build dashboards, reports, and custom metrics that provide actionable insights.
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, monitor site performance, and support A/B testing and marketing initiatives.
Troubleshoot tagging issues and maintain data integrity.
Continuously learn and share knowledge to help improve team capabilities.
Success Indicators
Timely and accurate delivery of reports and actionable insights.

Contribution to process improvements, reporting efficiency, and team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably for large-scale consumer websites.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Workspace); experience with CJA preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe Launch or other tag managers, SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Strong knowledge of digital UX, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and marketing attribution.
Excellent English communication and data storytelling skills.
Agile team experience; flexible to work mid-shift (2 PM–11 PM or 4 PM–1 AM) and modified night shifts (7 PM–4 AM).
Experience in telecom, media, or technology sectors is a plus.
