Job Summary
The job covers the maintenance and support of Internal applications on the Level 3 service
The primary objective is ensuring that said services are delivered to the end-users and business stakeholders within agreed service levels, at the lowest possible cost, and in a secured way that complies with regulatory and legal requirements.
Functions or responsibilities include service delivery management, vendor performance, contract management (as most IT services will be outsourced), and overall application system support, operations, and maintenance management.
Assists with End-User clarification/queries on application
Job Responsibilities:
- Review the Transition Document developed by PMO.
- Sign Off the Transition document from PMO and Apps Support
- Close all L3 tickets within the SLA
- Prepares Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of outage and indicates prevention of the issue
- Vendor performance and contract management processes and Database.
- Weekly meetings with Clients and developing Issues List
- Ensures Backup of DB and updates backup repository document.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in computer or engineering-related courses
- Total of 3- 5 years of Application systems support (NetSuite)
- Good understanding of financial applications and Service applications
- Knowledge in ERP, HCM, Workforce Management
- Experienced in database management and maintenance (e.g. Oracle, SQL, and others) is an advantage
- Good ability to manage change and engage team members
- Good facilitation and communication skills
- Knowledge of DB Administration and Maintenance
