We’re looking for a Talent Management Specialist to serve as an HR subject-matter expert, driving employee relations, engagement, and wellness initiatives. This role partners closely with business leaders, resolves escalated concerns, and ensures HR practices are innovative, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage employee lifecycle processes, advise leaders, and lead engagement and wellness programs.
Business Support & Compliance: Provide workforce analytics, deliver accurate HR reports, and ensure audit compliance.
Process Innovation: Develop and implement HR process improvements, including automation and engagement program design.
Coaching & Development: Mentor junior HR staff and actively participate in leadership and professional growth programs.
Key Success Metrics
Employee satisfaction and engagement scores
Timely and effective resolution of escalated cases
Accuracy and compliance of HR reports and audits
Implementation of HR innovations and process efficiency gains
Coaching hours delivered and completion of development programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
3–5 years’ HR experience specializing in employee relations or engagement
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and HRIS/process automation tools
