Pointwest is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Services) who will lead business analysis efforts across the full project lifecycle—from initiation to implementation and support—primarily within the Insurance domain. The role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical execution while delighting clients, driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering talent development.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
Lead user acceptance testing and post-implementation support

Participate in pre-sales activities and support proposal development
Identify opportunities to expand solutions and services within client accounts

Recommend and implement process improvements and digital solutions

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis (insurance or digital domain preferred)
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC practices
Skilled in API/backend requirements, functional testing, and integration mapping
Familiarity with metadata modeling, cloud platforms, and media workflows is a plus
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
Certifications
CBAP or related certifications are advantageous
