Delighting Our Customers & Stakeholders: Lead the architectural blueprinting and customer-centric design of our BaaS platforms. You will translate complex BFSI requirements into clear system specifications, build early-stage prototypes (PoCs), and establish seamless integration and API standards.
Growing Our Business: Act as a strategic partner by providing technical expertise for sales proposals and Statements of Work (SOW). You will recommend optimal technology stacks and leverage the latest fintech trends to give Pointwest a competitive edge.
Improving the Way We Work: Establish robust architecture, design, and integration standards across the platform. You will champion agile practices, proactively mitigate technical risks, and collaborate with Control Units to ensure strict adherence to financial regulatory standards like BSP.

Qualifications
Experience: 8–10 years in IT, with 3–5 years specifically as a Solutions Architect, ideally within the BFSI sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage). Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Microservices, API Management, Event-Driven Design, and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Visio, Lucidchart, SAP LeanIX).
Domain Expertise: Strong grasp of BaaS models, core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, T24, Narada), and financial compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, BSP regulations, AMLA, Data Privacy Act). Familiarity with BIAN service models is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding cross-functional teams, taking ownership, and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
