Pointwest is seeking a Sales Specialist for IT Services to grow our business by generating leads, converting opportunities, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate has deep experience in IT sales, particularly in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare industries, and can sell digital transformation services, including cloud, data, automation, and systems modernization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Minimum of 7 years in IT services sales, with a focus on BFSI or Healthcare
Proven ability to sell IT solutions: digital transformation, cloud, automation, analytics, etc.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Track record in engaging with C-level executives
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital prospecting
