Pointwest is looking for a Salesforce Developer (Mid-Senior Level) to support our Insurance Business Unit. This project-based role will focus on onboarding a Care organization to a new Salesforce Service Cloud instance with integrations including Enhanced Chat, Einstein for Service, and Data Cloud. You’ll build and customize applications using Apex, LWC, and Flows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent and seamless customer service solutions.
Responsibilities:
Customize and build applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
Design and develop user interfaces using Visualforce and LWC
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., Data Warehouse, Email, Webforms)
Implement Enhanced Chat, Einstein Co-Pilot, and Data Cloud features
Troubleshoot, test, and debug Salesforce issues
Ensure up-to-date, scalable, and secure Salesforce instances
Collaborate with teams in an Agile environment
Success Metrics:
95 %+ deployment success rate
Low defect density during QA/UAT
On-time delivery of sprints and feature releases
Recommendations for optimization or automation
Completion of Salesforce upskilling or certifications
What You Bring:
3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns
Experience with Enhanced Chat, Einstein for Service, and/or Data Cloud (a plus)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred
