In this role, you will source, screen, and onboard healthcare professionals—including nurses, coders, and billers—for US-based healthcare facilities. You will collaborate closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful placements while delivering excellent candidate and client experiences.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work night shift/US time zones.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
