Pointwest Innovations Corporation is seeking driven and results-oriented Sales Specialists – IT Services to accelerate our growth through new client acquisition. This role is ideal for hunter-type sales professionals who thrive in consultative, value-based selling and can independently manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
As a Sales Specialist, you will engage senior business and IT leaders, uncover strategic pain points, and position Pointwest’s digital and IT services as impactful solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening Pointwest’s market presence while embodying our core values of Leadership, Excellence, and Innovation, and our culture of Agility, Accountability, Collaboration, Innovation, and Customer Centricity.
What You Will Do
Delight Our Customers & Stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Conduct consultative discovery to understand business challenges and translate them into tailored IT solutions.
Partner with technical and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals, demos, and presentations.
Grow Our Business
Drive new logo acquisition through proactive prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
Own the full sales cycle, including qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
Position Pointwest’s services such as custom application development, cloud, testing, RPA, AI/ML, analytics, and managed services.
Improve the Way We Work
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity data using CRM tools.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and client landscapes to sharpen sales strategies.
Contribute to consistent, ethical, and data-driven sales practices.
Develop Yourself and Others
Continuously build expertise in Pointwest’s offerings, emerging technologies, and target industries.

New client acquisition and revenue generated from new deals
Sales pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and deal conversion rates
Client satisfaction and strength of stakeholder relationships
Consistent use of CRM and adherence to sales processes
Active participation in learning, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales for IT services, consulting, or digital solutions
Proven ability to close complex, enterprise-level deals
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience selling intangible services, not just licenses or staffing
Exposure to industries such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, insurance, or manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management
Solid understanding of budgeting, procurement, and vendor evaluation processes
