Technical Recruiter

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with hiring managers or COEs to understand the needs and roles to be filled;
  • Recalibrate with hiring managers or COEs to strategize sourcing efforts. 
  • Effectively identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Apply strategic sourcing methods and data-driven recruitment 
  • Properly assess candidates with their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
  • Ensuring efficient end-to-end recruitment process.  From sourcing to onboarding.
  • Effectively process and arrange technical interviews and assessments with technical teams and SMEs.
  • Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Vet potential employee's credentials.
  • Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
  • Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
  • Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Required Experience
  • At least 5 years experience in technical recruitment. Recruiting for roles in software or applications development (Java, .NET, mobile, front end or back end development positions)
  • Experience working for an RPO (recruitment process outsourcing), IT  recruitment outsourcing services, staffing, or headhunting.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and not specialized recruitment functions. 
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in any human resources-related course (Psychology, Sociology, or Behavioral Sciences) or Information Technology
