Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
Required Experience
At least 5 years experience in technical recruitment. Recruiting for roles in software or applications development (Java, .NET, mobile, front end or back end development positions)
Experience working for an RPO (recruitment process outsourcing), IT recruitment outsourcing services, staffing, or headhunting.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and not specialized recruitment functions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any human resources-related course (Psychology, Sociology, or Behavioral Sciences) or Information Technology
