We’re looking for a Manual Tester (QA) with a strong background in manual testing, defect management, and Agile practices. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring software quality by executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role supports our Insurance Business Unit and is key to delivering high-quality, client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests to ensure high-quality software.
Design test cases, manage defects, and generate clear documentation and reports.
Collaborate with clients and diverse teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Apply strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
Work across multiple projects in an Agile setup.
Stay updated on QA best practices and share learnings with peers.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
At least 4 years of experience in Manual Testing
Proficient in Test Design, Execution, and Defect Management
Hands-on experience with tools like qTest, Jira, or similar platforms
Strong SQL skills
Solid communication skills for working with cross-cultural teams and clients
Experience with Salesforce Testing is a plus
Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance domain is a big advantage
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
